Where applicable, you may be able to exercise the following rights. We do not meet the threshold for the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or many other state privacy laws. However, we will honor requests received to the extent required by applicable law and within the time provided by law.

However, we may offer you certain financial incentives. Any financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to your Personal Information’s value. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt-in consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
12. Data Sharing For Direct Marketing Purposes
California Civil Code § 1798.83 further permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not currently share your Personal Information provided via the website for direct marketing purposes.

If we learn that we have received Personal Information from a child who is under 18, we will delete the data. Our Site currently does not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals and operates as described in this Policy, whether or not a DNT signal is received.
